Trump Promotes Family’s New Crypto Platform, “The Defiant Ones”
Former President Donald Trump has taken to Truth Social to promote a new crypto platform from the Trump Organization, dubbed “The DeFiant Ones.” The platform, which is yet to be launched, aims to empower the average American by challenging traditional financial institutions.
In his post to 7.5 million followers, Trump wrote, “For too long, the average American has been squeezed by the big banks and financial elites. It’s time we take a stand — together.”
This marks the first instance of Trump using his personal platform to endorse the upcoming digital bank. The promotion quickly gained traction as Donald Trump Jr. shared the post with his 12 million followers on X, further amplifying the message.
The post also directed followers to a Telegram channel named “The DeFiant Ones,” which saw its follower count rise to around 29,000 by Thursday morning. The Trump brothers have been actively promoting the project, hinting at a major announcement to come and declaring that “decentralized finance is the future.”
