Tottenham Hotspur Signs Burnley Winger Wilson Odobert for £25m

Tottenham Hotspur has secured the signing of Wilson Odobert from Burnley for a fee of approximately £25 million. The young winger has signed a contract that will keep him at Spurs until 2029.

Odobert, a 19-year-old French Under-21 international, joined Burnley just last summer and quickly made his mark, appearing in 34 matches across all competitions and netting five goals. He also became Burnley’s youngest-ever Premier League goalscorer when he found the net in a 4-1 defeat against Chelsea in October 2023.

Before his time at Burnley, Odobert honed his skills at the Paris Saint-Germain academy before moving to Troyes in July 2022, where he scored four goals in 32 appearances.
