Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Denied Bail After Pleading Not Guilty to Sex Trafficking Charges
Sean Combs, 54, has been denied bail and will remain in custody until his trial date, which is yet to be announced. The music mogul appeared in court facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation for prostitution.
Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, expressed his determination to fight the charges, telling reporters outside the courthouse that his client is “not afraid of the charges” and is eager to clear his name. Agnifilo further stated, “He’s been looking forward to this day, and he’s been looking forward to clearing his name.”
Combs’ defense team plans to argue against the judge’s decision to hold him without bail at a hearing scheduled for tomorrow. Agnifilo emphasized their resolve, saying, “Tomorrow we fight again. And we’ll fight every day until we don’t have to fight anymore.” He contended that Combs’ accusers were not telling the truth and reiterated his client’s innocence.
“He’s going to fight this. He’s innocent. He came to New York to establish his innocence,” Agnifilo added, affirming their belief in Combs and stating, “There’s no coercion and no crime.”
