Mason Greenwood Scores First Goal for Marseille Following Manchester United Exit
Former Manchester United winger Mason Greenwood scored his first goal since joining Marseille on a permanent transfer this summer.
Greenwood scored his debut goal for Marseille in a 3-0 victory over French second-division team Pau FC during a pre-season friendly. The former England international completed his move to France last week, with Ligue 1 giants Marseille paying €30 million (£25m/$34m) to Manchester United for his transfer.
After their win against Pau FC, Roberto De Zerbi’s team is set to face Championship side Sunderland in their next pre-season friendly on August 3.
